Ooops, I broke the Instructor Game form...
Sorry everyone, I managed to break the Request An Instructor game feature.
No-one emailed me to tell me, so I'm assuming no-one tried to request a game in the last few days...
If anyone did, but was too shy to piint out my error then please retry your request and it should go through ok now.
